Stage 1

This stage takes place after you receive the term sheet (or a version of it, tailored for an investor) from an investor. This is also the time when you should have presented a pitch deck or a version of it made specifically for investors. It’s typically used as a cover page to your Data Room.

In this stage investors will analyze your historical financials as well as a number of projections based upon different scenarios and outcomes.
