Social media enables us to compare ourselves not only to those with whom we’re personally acquainted, but also those who we’ve never met. Research has shown that to build your self esteem and self confidence requires not only changing the way you think and act towards about yourself but also getting out there and do things to engage in personally meaningful projects for which you can be justifiably proud. The more experience and exposure you have to different areas of design, the more confident you will feel in your abilities and in your workplace.
